How do I get into the Barracks of Balgass for the third class quest?

You enter the Barracks of Balgass through Werewolf Quarel once you meet the level and Zen requirements.

To enter the Barracks of Balgass, use the NPC Werewolf Quarel in Crywolf.

Per Rex Mu's guide, the second stage requires:

• Level 400.
• 2,000,000 Zen.
• Having finished the first part.

Inside the Barracks you have to kill 20 monsters of each type asked for, then return to Apostle Devin.
