How do I invite someone to a Party?

Select the player and use the client's Party option or the matching command.

To form a Party:

1. Walk up to the player.
2. Select them.
3. Use the client's Party option, or whatever the server has set up.
4. The other player has to accept.

Once it exists, you can add more members up to the configured limit.
