How do I know whether an item is good?

Judge an item by its level, its base, Luck, Excellent, extra options, sockets, Ancient status and its use to your build.

To judge an item, check:

1. The item's level.
2. Its base damage or defence.
3. Luck.
4. How many Excellent options it has, and which.
5. Harmony options.
6. Sockets and Seeds.
7. Ancient/ACC status, where it applies.
8. Whether it fits your build.

More options is not always better if those options do nothing for your class.
