How do I get Chaos Weapons?

The Chaos Machine recipe that makes them, and what it costs.

The Chaos Weapons (Chaos Dragon Axe, Chaos Nature Bow, Chaos Lightning Staff) are made in the Chaos Machine from:

• 1 normal or excellent item, at least +4 with a +4 life option (it does not have to be an excellent weapon off a high map).
• 1 Jewel of Chaos (required).
• Jewel of Bless / Soul (optional, to get closer to the ceiling).

Cost: 10,000 Zen. Real chance: 50%, confirmed by the server's live API.

It is also the required ingredient for Wings Level 1 — it has to be at +4 with a +4 option before you can use it there.
