Where do I get Feather of Condor and Flame of Condor?
The feather does not fall from anything — it is crafted. The flame does fall, on six specific maps and at very low rates.
They are two different materials and you get them in two different ways.
Feather of Condor — not loot, a craft
It appears nowhere in the server's loot configuration, on any map. It comes out of the Chaos Machine: Wings Level 2 +9 with option +4, an Ancient item +7 with option +4, a Jewel of Chaos, a bundle of Jewel of Soul and a Jewel of Creation, for 200,000 Zen at 60%.

Flame of Condor — this one is loot
It falls on six maps, and only those six:

The two Balgass maps are twice as likely as the rest, which makes them the place to farm it.
