Can the wiki's data change?

Yes — drops, rates, formulas, events, commands and balance can all change with a server update.

Yes. A private server can keep changing its own systems.

Rex Mu has historically changed:

• Kundun drops.
• Selupan.
• Medusa.
• Rates.
• VIP.
• Chaos Machine.
• PvP balance.
• Sockets.
• Events.
• Spots.
• Offline Store.

So when an old guide and an official update disagree, the most recent configuration the server published wins.
