What does Ignore Defense mean?

Ignore Defense lets certain attacks bypass part of the target's defence, and can matter enormously in PvP.

Ignore Defense is an offensive option that bypasses the enemy's defence when it triggers.

It is worth most against heavily armoured characters.

It does not mean every hit ignores defence: it is a chance.

On Rex Mu the Ignore Defense rate cap is confirmed at 200 (IgnoreDefenseRateCap) in the server config.
