Can I reset the Master Tree?

Yes: /remaster returns Master Points. /mreset (Grand Reset) does not touch ML or the tree, so it is not a respec.

Yes. Player command /remaster clears nodes and returns Master Points. Master Level stays.

/mreset is the Grand Reset and does something else entirely: it sends you back to level 1 with 0 resets and does not touch Master Level or the Master tree. So it is not a respec — /remaster is the only one.
