What is Master Level and how does it work?

The mastery levels that open past 400, and the skills they buy.

Reaching level 400 and finishing the third-class evolution quest unlocks Master Levels.

• You earn separate experience towards Master Level (ML).
• Each ML gives Master Points for passive and active skills.
• You spend them in the character window (A key).
• On Rex Mu the Master Level cap is 200, confirmed by the server's own API.

It is what high-level PvP and PvM are built on.
