On Rex Mu the party experience bonus follows a real, confirmed scale by member count (5 maximum).
On Rex Mu, party experience follows this real scale, confirmed by the server config, by member count (5 per party maximum):

There is no separate scale for parties of the same class versus mixed ones — Rex Mu uses the same curve either way.
