What does the Jewel of Creation do?

The Jewel of Creation is used across several combinations and item-creation systems.

Jewel of Creation is an advanced jewel used in many recipes.

On Rex Mu we confirm its use in the Chaos Machine for +12 to +15 item upgrades (alongside Bless, Soul and Chaos). Per Rex Mu's glossary it is also combined with Jewel of Chaos to create Fruits (Energy, Strength, Agility, Vitality, Command), which permanently raise your character's points.
