Who is Apostle Devin?

Apostle Devin is the NPC who starts and finishes the third class quest.

Apostle Devin is in Crywolf and is the main NPC of the third evolution quest.

All three stages go through him:

1. Prove your strength and gather three items.
2. Infiltrate the Barracks of Balgass.
3. Defeat the Dark Elf in the Refuge of Balgass.

Finishing the third stage unlocks the third class and the Master Skill Tree.
