Where do I find the Dark Elf for the third evolution?

The Dark Elf is in the Refuge of Balgass and is the third class quest's final objective.

The Dark Elf of the third class quest is in the Refuge of Balgass.

To get there:

Crywolf → Werewolf Quarel → Barracks → Gatekeeper → Refuge of Balgass

Once you have beaten it, return to Apostle Devin to finish the evolution.
