How do I get into the Refuge of Balgass?

The Refuge of Balgass is reached through the Gatekeeper from the Barracks, to finish the third evolution.

After finishing the Barracks of Balgass, go to the end of the map and use the Gatekeeper NPC to enter the Refuge of Balgass.

The final stage requires level 400 and, per Rex Mu's guide, 10,000,000 Zen.

The objective is to defeat Dark Elf.
