Who is Selupan?

Selupan is a Raklion boss who can hand out high-level items and special rewards.

Selupan is the Spider Queen who appears at the end of the Raklion event, once the frozen eggs are destroyed — a well-known source of Season 4+ socketed weapons and armour.

Separately, the server's live API lists a scheduled event called 'Selupan' which is currently disabled (no active schedule). We do not have it confirmed whether that is the same Selupan as the Raklion event or a different mechanism — we are not going to assume.
